Ingredients

- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Add salt, Greek yogurt, and half of the flour. Mix.
- Gradually add the remaining flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the dough and shape into rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs to the dough.
- You can use different types of flour.
- Let the rolls cool slightly before serving.
