Ingredients

- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Add kielbasa and cook until browned.
- Add onion and cook until softened. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook until al dente.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for a few minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
