- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine chicken, soup, vegetables, and rice in a bowl.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Notes
- You can substitute rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add a sprinkle of paprika for color.
