Ingredients
- Chicken breasts (4)
- Spinach (10 oz, fresh)
- Cream cheese (4 oz)
- Feta cheese (2 oz)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Butter (2 tbsp)
- Olive oil (1 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté spinach with garlic.
- Mix spinach with cream cheese and feta.
- Butterfly chicken breasts.
- Stuff chicken with spinach mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter with olive oil.
- Sear chicken.
- Bake until cooked through.
