A flavorful meatloaf with garlic and parmesan cheese.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: Ketchup for glaze
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well with your hands.
- Add onion and olive oil, mix.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf.
- Place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until cooked through (internal temp 160°F/71°C).
- Optional: Brush with ketchup during the last 15 minutes.
- Let it rest 10 minutes before slicing.

- You can use any type of ground meat.
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
