Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk eggs in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add sausage/bacon, cheese, and vegetables to the eggs.
- Grease a muffin tin.
- Pour egg mixture into muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set.
