Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Pour the sauce over the beef mixture. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  5. Serve the beef over cooked rice.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
