Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add onion and bell pepper; cook until softened.
- Stir in broccoli and cook until tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
- Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables; simmer.
- Serve chicken and vegetable mixture over rice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
