Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add onion and bell pepper; cook until softened.
  5. Stir in broccoli and cook until tender-crisp.
